ILS Training Worker:
We are constantly hiring ILS Workers, (Independent Living Skills Training). The ILS Training Worker is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring support plans based on company guidelines. Support plans are developed with the patient’s goals in mind such as:
- Skills teaching which includes budgeting, community integration, social skills, and housekeeping skills.
- Housing (subsidized housing search, completing applications, Section 8)
- Household Management (paying bills, completing and organizing paperwork)
- Nutritional Management (grocery shopping, meal planning, and preparation)

– Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
High School Diploma/CNA/HHA plus two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities; OR two-year degree with one year of experience; individuals with disabilities; OR a two-year degree with one year experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
– Other requirements: Applicants must be 21 years of age and have reliable transportation to meet and assist patients in accessing the community. Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance. Excellent writing and verbal skills. Ability to use Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook Email
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse population of people, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and is able to pass DHS criminal background check.

PCA & Homemakers:
We are hiring Personal Care Assistants and Homemakers for a variety of clients in the following cities of McLeod, Wright, and Sherburne Counties:
- McLeod County: Hutchinson, Glencoe, Brownton
- Wright County: Buffalo, Delano, St. Michael, Montrose
- Sherburne County: Big Lake
- Kandiyohi County: Atwater
- Scott County: Belle Plaine
– Duties:
PCA duties include bathing, feeding, toileting, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, and other ADLs. Homemakers assist clients with housecleaning, laundry, meal planning/preparation, and sometimes, grocery shopping. You may be combining PCA and Homemaker for some clients or either PCA or Homemaker for others.
Flexible 30 – 40 hours weekly but may vary depending on your availability and work ethic.
– Qualifications:
HHA/CNA/NAR or High School Diploma/GED. You must take and pass the mandatory DHS online Training. If you already have your certificate then bring us a copy.
– Experience:
Prior nursing home, assisted living facility, group home or home care experience is a plus but not compulsory.
– Requirements:
Candidates must be able to pass criminal background checks as required by Minnesota health statutes. They must be dependable, possess good communication skills; be open to flexible schedules, and have reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
